This warranty is for new cars.
How does this warranty works?
GOLD repairs, restores or replaces the Parts in the event of Breakdown (as defined in the Agreement). It provides for periods selected such as 12 months, 36 months or 60 months. There is different mileage limits for the different periods.

What are the parts included?

3 Turbo Charger (Factory fitted) 4 Engine Cooling System
5 Auto & Manual Transmission 6 Torque Converter
7 Drive Shaft 8 Propeller Shaft
9 Differential 10 Brake System

Duty of the Car Owner (Member)
It is a condition of this warranty that your vehicle has to be serviced and maintained according to the Maintenance Service Standards set out at any of our panel of appointed workshops.

What parts are excluded?
  1. Maintenance & service items e.g. bulbs, fuses, belts, pads, linings, battery electrolyte, filters, fluid, oil, fuel, coolants, lubricants etc
  2. Maintenance services such as tune up, wheel alignment, balancing and tyre rotation, fuel & cooling system cleaning, carbon removal etc.
  3. Body paint, glass, interior/exterior trim, radio, CD player, car telephone, airbag, wiper blades, seat belts & upholstery
What are the main exclusions?
  • Fire, theft, accidents, Acts of God, overheating, neglect, corrosion, lack of servicing, foreign matter getting into a part.
  • Loss of use, liability of all kinds, consequential loss of any kind.
How to Join?
  • This warranty is applicable to new cars.
  • Just sign up when you register your car.
How to claim?
In the event of any claim just drive to any authorized warranty claim centres, produce your warranty certificate, the centre will take over and handle for you, that simple.
